This past Friday was the annual Literary Parade at TES. Students are supposed to dress up as a character from their favorite book. TES Pre-K dressed up as the character from the book “Ain’t Gonna Paint No More.”
Of course, it was all we could do to get my kids in the painted shirt. Neither one was having any part of having their faces, hair or bodies painted!

There was a great variety of costumes to be seen. Unfortunately, elementary school kids move pretty fast and don’t give much opportunity for photos!! Take my word though, it was an interesting parade to say the least!
